We just completed this project.  A full house renovation and full landscaping in Maynard, MA.  Here are a few before and after pictures.  It is a great house with good bones on a sunny spot.  The landscaping was overgrown so, we had to take it all out.  The house was build in the late 1950s and did not have the open spaces sought after now.  The basement is spacious but was divided up into several rooms and was no longer maintained.  It was a big job taking about 5 months to complete.

A cabin on the lake was converted to a home.  The bathroom was small and cold.  Reconfigured to better  utilize the space, insulated and re-walled to create a spa feel.
